
Suya Recipe
Suya is a smoked spiced meat that originates in Hausa land in northern Nigeria but is a popular food item in West Africa. This Flavorful dish can easily be prepared with The SanaZones Suya spice.
Ingredients
- Thin meat slices
- Chicken Bullion Powder
- Sanazone Suya Spice
- Oil
- 1 Onion(optional but highly recommended)
- 1 Tomato(optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the meat thoroughly with water and lemon(optional)
- Preheat your oven to 380 degrees fahrenheit
- Mix SanaZone Suya spice with 2 fluid ounces of oil and stir
- Separate each slice of meat and coat lightly with SanaZone Suya spice
- Place coated meat slices onto a baking sheet or foil tray brushed with oil and place in the oven
- Let cook for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked then take out of the oven
- Let cool down for about 2 minutes then cut into desired size
- Slice onion into thin slice
